Terms & Conditions:

1. If you purchase an adults 2025/2026 Manchester City away shirt (product code 780352-02, 780350-02, 780351-02, 780885-02, or 780349-02) on the Classic Football Shirts website (www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk) between 12:01am on 18 July 2025 and 11:59pm on 31 July 2025, you will automatically be entered free of charge into the Manchester City Tickets Prize Draw (the “Draw”).

2. Purchases after the above deadline will not be eligible for inclusion in the Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchase not successfully completed in time due to a technical fault of any kind.

3. To be eligible for entry into the Draw, you must be aged 16 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom.

4. The prize for the winner of the Draw is 2 general admission tickets to Manchester City’s home game against Tottenham Hotspur on 23 August 2025. Please note this fixture and date may be subject to change. There are no other prizes and no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

5. The winner of the Draw will be selected at random by the Promoter from all eligible entrants and notified by no later than 15 August 2025.

6. The prize may be withdrawn and a new winner selected if the original winner does not accept the prize within 7 days of notification.

7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence in relation to the Draw will be entered into.

8. By entering the Draw, you agree (i) that any personal information provided may be held and used by the Promoter only in accordance with its privacy policy, and (ii) to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter without financial reward.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Draw where necessary.

10. By entering the Draw, you (i) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions; and (ii) confirm you are eligible. The Promoter may require proof of eligibility and reserves the right to refuse entry or the prize if any breach occurs.

11. So far as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the prize, except where caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

12. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
