Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

1. GIFT CARDS

1. 1.1. Gift Cards can be purchased from www.classicfootballshirts.co.uk or www.classicfootballshirts.com. The terms and conditions detailed below apply to any Gift Card issued from these sites or brought in store.

2. USE OF GIFT CARDS

1. 2.1. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. You may not resell your Gift Card.
2. 2.2. Gift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods in-store or online.
3. 2.3. If an item purchased using a Gift Card is refunded, this will be refunded back onto a Gift Card.
4. 2.4. We may exclude specific products from purchase via Gift Card, please refer to our website for the full listing (if any). We reserve the right to amend this list at any time.
5. 2.5. If you do not spend the entire balance of a Gift Card in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available for use.

3. EXPIRY

1. 3.1. The value of a Gift Card expires 12 months from the latter of the date of purchase or delivery date. If unused within this time the card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost. We will not provide an expiry reminder.

4. LOSS, DAMAGE OR FRAUD

1. 4.1. We suggest you treat the Gift Card as cash – as they cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen. Please note that any gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and no interest is paid on card balances.
2. 4.2. We may cancel your Gift Card if we suspect it has been stolen or is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

5. FINANCIAL PROTECTION

1. 5.1. Any funds on a Gift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some or all funds on any Gift Card held may not be available to be spent.

6. AMENDMENTS

1. 6.1. Please note, that we reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions that apply to a Gift Card at any time or discontinue the card scheme at any time.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. 7.1. We will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, howsoever arising, in connection with your use of a Gift Card. Nothing in these terms limits any liability which cannot legally be limited.

8. GENERAL

1. 8.1. Any failure or delay by us in enforcing (in whole or in part) any provision of these terms will not be interpreted as a waiver of our rights or remedies.
2. 8.2. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
3. 8.3. These terms are governed by English law. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
