Home shirt as worn by Blackburn Rovers during the 2024-25 season. The Lancastrian sleeping giants would have a typically tumultuous season as they would spend the vast majority of the season in the play-offs, way above their pre-season aims of avoiding relegation. Until popular manager John Eustace would controversially leave 5th placed Rovers for 22nd placed Derby County in early February, citing issues with club higher-ups and notorious owners, the Venky's. Eustace's departure - as well as justified fan outrage - would compound the Blue's annual post-Christmas nosedive in form and, although, new manager Valérien Ismaël would steady the ship for the final 5 games, it would be too little, too late as Rovers would finish 7th missing out on the play-offs, again, due to off the field issues clouding what should have been a positive campaign.
