No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2023-24 Austin FC home shirt, known as the Las Voces Kit, features a unique design of multiple Verde and Black patterns that reimagine traditional vertical stripes. This authentic jersey includes a custom ATX logo on the back of the neck and the supporter's lyric We Will Sing With You Forever stitched across the neckline. During the 2023 season, the club competed in its first continental and regional tournaments while battling through a rigorous MLS Western Conference campaign.
