No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2022-23 campaign delivered a magnificent and long-awaited resurgence for Newcastle as The Magpies surged to a spectacular 4th-place finish in the Premier League under Eddie Howe. This landmark success secured a coveted spot in the UEFA Champions League for the first time in two decades, sparking fervent celebration on Tyneside. Leading the prolific attack was the talismanic Callum Wilson, whose 18 league goals proved vital, supported by the stunning form of Miguel Almirón and club-record signing Alexander Isak. It was an unforgettable year that also saw the club reach their first major cup final since 1999 (EFL Cup) and marked a definitive, triumphant return to Europe's elite, cementing a golden new chapter for the faithful support.
