Home shirt released for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualification where the Pharaohs compete against Malawi, Ethiopia and Guinea. Egypt are favorites to go the final tournament and try to bring home the gold after failing to do that at the 2021 AFCON where they suffered a painful defeat in the penalty shoot out to Senegal. This design features seven vertical stripes representing the seven titles won by the Pharaohs - from the inaugural tournament in 1957 to the unprecedented three titles in a row between 2006 and 2010
