Notes - Pre-match shirt as worn in the 2021-22 season which saw City finish 3rd in the Women's Super League. A poor start to the season saw the side slump down to 9th, but an incredible turn of form saw the Citizens win 13 of their last 15 league games, with only 1 loss. In the FA Cup, the side had a scintilating run including an 8-0 thumping of Nottingham Forest and 4-1 demolition of city rivals Manchester United. The run finished in heartbreak however as City lost in the final 3-2 in extra time to Chelsea.
