No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2021-22 campaign delivered ultimate heartbreak for El Graná as Granada CF finished a devastating 18th in La Liga, resulting in relegation to the Segunda División. The season, marked by constant managerial changes, came down to a dramatic final-day battle for survival. In a cruel twist of fate, the club's fate was sealed when 39-year-old veteran forward Jorge Molina, whose 10 crucial league goals were the campaign's attacking highlight, missed a crucial late penalty that would have secured safety. Despite a late-season resurgence under Aitor Karanka, this dramatic failure brought a painful end to their three-year stay in the top flight, a period which had previously included a run to the Europa League quarter-finals.
