No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2020-21 campaign was a season of spectacular, mid-season turnaround for FSV Mainz as Karnevalsverein finished a crucial 12th in the Bundesliga after looking certain for relegation. The year was defined by a managerial shift, with club legend Bo Svensson taking the helm in January and masterminding an improbable second-half surge that saw the team dramatically secure their top-flight status. Spearheading the early attack was the prolific forward Jean-Philippe Mateta, whose 7 league goals, including a memorable first-half hat-trick against SC Freiburg, proved vital before his mid-season loan to Crystal Palace. This season of pure grit and renewed energy remains a defining chapter that showcased the club's enduring fighting spirit.
