No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2020-21 campaign was a season of dramatic dichotomy and ultimate disappointment for Arsenal. The Gunners finished 8th in the Premier League, failing to qualify for European football for the first time since 1994-95. Under manager Mikel Arteta in his first full season, the team showed flashes of brilliance, clinching the Community Shield and reaching the Europa League semi-finals, but their domestic struggles defined the year. The attack was led by Alexandre Lacazette, whose 13 league goals topped the charts, but the season ultimately became a difficult, transitional chapter built on the promising emergence of academy stars like Bukayo Saka.
