Notes - Pro-model V5 boots produced by New Balance as part of their 'Infinite Dark' pack ahead of the 2019/20. The Infinite Dark pack featured both the Tekela V2 and Furon V5 supporting Blackout colourways that are inspired by the galaxies black holes for a clean alternative to the outlandish designs often used on the brands elite silos. This Furon V5 is crafted to speed and accuracy with a synthetic bonded mesh upper working alongside Fantom Fit frame technology to provide seamless ball control with added support. Five layers of Hidraskin membrane offer a greater contact when striking through the ball, assisted by a shortened lacing system that enhances the size of the strike-zone off the forefront. A re-designed stretchable tongue doubles up as a low-profile collar below the ankle for lockdown fit, while Ortholite foam insoles provide long-term cushioning, moisture management and breathability. The chassis is made from TPU with nylon for explosive off-the-mark movements and a multi-directional moulded stud configuration inspired by sprint spikes for grip on firm ground surfaces. This limited-edition boot supports a Blackout colourway throughout with a rainbow plated outsole that is bound to catch the eye.
