Notes - Official player issue patch as used by Atalanta and Lazio during the Coppa Italia final in 2019 held in Rome. Lazio went into the game seeking to become 7 time winners whilst Atalanta were looking to complete their first cup victory in 56 years respectively. Goals from Sergej Milinkovi?-Savi? and Joaquín Correa in the last 10 minutes of the game made heartbreak for La Dea and left Lazio lifting the title on their home ground. This patch is applied to the right sided sleeve.
