After a devastating 2-0 home playoff loss to Fulham, Cardiff's Premier League dream seemed over, and despite a heroic 2-1 victory at Craven Cottage the Welsh outfit fell just short of enacting a major upset. This design was also used as the third shirt for the 2020-21 season
