No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2019-20 campaign saw Hannover 96, Die Roten, battle through a turbulent year following relegation, ultimately securing a respectable 6th-place finish in the 2. Bundesliga. Leading the charge and providing a consistent threat was the prolific striker Marvin Ducksch, whose 15 goals anchored the attack amidst a season marked by two managerial changes and the unique challenge of a late-season restart due to the pandemic. It was a defiant year of stabilization and resilience that laid the groundwork for their efforts to return to the top flight.
