La Cultu finished the season as runners-up in Group 1 and progressed to the promotion play-offs where they reached the Second Round, losing out on penalties to Sabadell. They also came close in the next round against another La Liga side but Valencia managed to win the penalty shoot-out and progress to the Quarter-final
