No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2019-20 campaign was a turbulent and heart-wrenching fight for survival that ultimately delivered relegation for Bolton Wanderers, as The Trotters finished a devastating 23rd in League One. The season was overshadowed from the start by a severe financial crisis that saw the club enter administration and begin the campaign with a painful 12-point deduction. Amidst managerial changes and a squad built on the grit of academy prospects, veteran striker Daryl Murphy managed to top the scoring charts with 8 crucial league goals. Despite a defiant run of wins in October that briefly brought the club into a positive points total, The Trotters could not overcome their deficit, and their fate was sealed by the curtailment of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which saw them relegated on a points-per-game basis. It remains a painful, defining chapter that saw the historic club plunge into the fourth tier of English football.
