Delivery
No surprises once your order's on its way.
We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.
VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.
One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.
VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes
The 2019-20 campaign was a season of dramatic, pandemic-enforced play-off contention for Barnet as The Bees finished a crucial 7th in the National League. This finish secured a play-off spot based on the unweighted points-per-game method after the season was curtailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Leading the charge was forward Simeon Akinola, whose 15 goals proved decisive in a campaign built on grit and an impressive return to form in the professional ranks. Despite the final disappointment of a 2-0 play-off semi-final loss to Notts County, the season solidified The Bees' status as top-tier challengers and remains a defining chapter in their hard-fought recovery.
