The Argentinian netted 21 times in the Premier League, helping City to their first title under Pep Guardiola. The striker also sealed his place in history, becoming the clubs all-time top scorer with his 178th goal coming in a 4-2 away win over Napoli in the Champions League group stages. Aguero took just 264 games to surpass Eric Brook's long-standing 79-year record and cement his place as the club's greatest ever striker.
