No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2018-19 campaign delivered a season of resilience and ultimate success for FC Utrecht, with Domstedelingen securing a 6th-place Eredivisie finish and qualifying for European football. The season was marked by a turbulent managerial change early on, with Jean-Paul de Jong replaced by veteran coach Dick Advocaat, who steered the side to stability and a strong finish. Leading the charge were joint top scorers Gyrano Kerk and Sander van de Streek, each notching 8 crucial goals, including a memorable partnership that helped win the crucial European competition play-offs against Vitesse to secure a coveted spot in the UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds. It was a vital year that showcased the club's determination and cemented their place in the league's top half.
