Notes - Home shirt released ahead of the 2018 World Cup in Russia where the side were drawn into a very competitive Group H, containing Columbia, Senegal and Japan. After suffering two defeats to Senegal and Colombia, Poland managed to win the last game against Japan but it was not enough to qualify for the next round. This design was also worn in the Euro 2020 qualifiers where Bia?o-czerwoni won Group G, ahead of Austria and North Macedonia, and qualified for the tournament which was postponed untill the summer of 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic
