We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

The 2018-19 campaign was a magical and unforgettable season for Norwich City as The Canaries, under the guidance of manager Daniel Farke, defied all expectations to clinch the Championship title with 94 points and secure a spectacular return to the Premier League. This historic success was anchored by the sensational, free-transfer signing Teemu Pukki, whose league-leading 29 goals earned him the Golden Boot and the EFL Player of the Season award. Built on a foundation of free-flowing, 'fabulous football' and the emergence of talents like Emi Buendía and Max Aarons, the year was defined by dramatic late winners and a deep, renewed connection with the Carrow Road faithful, marking it as one of the club's greatest modern chapters.
