No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2018-19 campaign delivered a spectacular and unforgettable return to the Spanish top flight for Real Mallorca as Los Bermellones finished a strong 5th in the Segunda División and clinched a dramatic promotion to La Liga via the play-offs. Under the astute guidance of manager Vicente Moreno, the team was built on formidable home form and propelled by the crucial goals of the talismanic Ivorian forward Lago Junior, whose 11 strikes anchored the attack in a relentless season. It was a dramatic, historic year that saw Mallorca complete back-to-back promotions for the first time in their history, marking a true resurgence and a defining chapter for the club and the faithful at Son Moix.
