Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Mooy for the Premier League match against Manchester United, played at the John Smith’s Stadium on 5th May 2018. With The Terriers already relegated to The Championship this fixture was all about pride, the Yorkshiremen had lost out to United 3-1 at Old Trafford on Boxing Day and put up a good fight in this one. Scott McTominay gave the visitors the lead inside 10 minutes, but Huddersfield equalised with a nice solo Isaac Mbenza goal midway through the second half. Final score 1-1 and Town had something to shout about despite dropping back into the second tier after a two season stay in the Premiership. Mooy played the full match. This was his 3rd season in West Yorkshire and the former St Mirren man made 30 appearances in all competitions bagging 3 goals including a brace in a rare away victory over Wolves at Molineux. Following The Terriers relegation the Australian international joined Brighton on loan before signing a permanent deal with them in January 2020.
