No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2017 Cleveland Indians enjoyed a historic season, finishing with an American League-best 102-60 record and clinching their second consecutive AL Central title. The campaign was headlined by an MLB-record 22-game winning streak and a dominant pitching staff that led the majors in ERA and strikeouts, featuring AL Cy Young winner Corey Kluber. Offensively, the team was powered by MVP candidates José Ramírez and Francisco Lindor, resulting in the franchise's highest win total since 1954. The 2018 Cleveland Indians enjoyed a dominant regular season, finishing first in the AL Central with a strong 91-71 record and clinching their third consecutive division title. Led by manager Terry Francona, the team featured elite talent including Francisco Lindor and Jose Ramirez, both of whom hit 38 or more home runs, and a formidable starting rotation anchored by Corey Kluber's 20 wins.
