Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by dos Santos during the 2016-17 Europa League campaign. Fran Escribá's side enjoyed a decent run in Europe this year finishing runners-up to Osmanlıspor in Group L but ahead of Zurich and Steaua Bucharest to reach the knockout round. They faced Serie A titans AS Roma and suffered a 4-1 aggregate loss over two legs with Dos Santos featuring in all 8 of Villarreal's Europa League matches. The Mexican was in his 3rd season with the Yellow Submarine having joined from Barcelona back in 2014 and made 46 appearances in all competitions this year before opting to joined American MLS outfti LA Galaxy in the summer.
