No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2015-16 campaign was a season of dramatic, mid-table survival for Swansea City, as the Swans battled through significant managerial turmoil to secure a 12th-place finish in the Premier League. The season was defined by the mid-season sacking of Garry Monk and the subsequent appointment of the Italian coach Francesco Guidolin, who successfully steered the club away from a relegation battle by winning six of their final ten matches. Leading the charge was the impactful new signing André Ayew, whose 12 crucial league goals, including a memorable debut goal against Chelsea, proved vital in securing their top-flight status for a sixth consecutive season.
