No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2015-16 campaign was a season of soaring promise for Leyton Orient as The O's returned to the fourth tier, finishing 8th and agonizingly missing the play-offs. Leading the charge was the clinical Jay Simpson, whose incredible 25 goals earned him the League Two Golden Boot, a beacon of brilliance amidst the managerial merry-go-round that saw three different head coaches take the helm. It was a memorable year defined by Simpson's prolific form and the club's ultimately frustrated push for promotion.
