Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Slagveer during the 2015-16 season. This was the former Dutch under-21 international's 4th season with the side as he helped them to a 12th place finish in the Eredivisie. Slagveer couldn't quite replicate his sensational form from the previous campaign however he still enjoyed a stellar season scoring 5 goals in 33 appearances. Highlights included late equalisers against Utrecht and Willem II and goals in big wins over Roda and Twente. The winger stayed at the side for one more season before joining Belgian side Lokeren.
