Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Warnock for the FA Cup 4th Round match against Manchester United, played at the iPro Stadium on 29th January 2016. The Rams had squeaked past lowly Hartlepool 2-1 in the previous round thanks to a late Darren Bent winner but came unstuck here. Untied ran out 3-1 winners thanks to goals from Rooney, Blind and Mata with George Thorne on the scoresheet for the hosts. Warnock played the full 90 minute despite picking up a booking shortly after half time. The former Liverpool and Blackburn man made 22 appearances in all competitions for the side before being loaned out to Wigan as the Rams finished 5th in the Championship and lost out to Hull in the playoffs. He made the move to the DW Stadium permanent at the end of the season.
