No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2014-15 campaign was a turbulent but unforgettable season for The Royals, defined by a heroic run to the FA Cup Semi-finals that provided a welcome distraction from a disappointing 19th-place finish in the Championship. After a tough start that saw manager Nigel Adkins sacked in December and replaced by Steve Clarke, the team found form in the cup competitions. Leading the line were joint league top scorers Simon Cox and on-loan Glenn Murray, who both netted 8 crucial goals. The year was immortalized by the journey to Wembley for the FA Cup semi-final, which ended in heartbreak against Arsenal when a crucial goalkeeping error from Adam Federici in extra-time decided the tie, marking a significant and dramatic chapter in the club's modern history.
