Notes - A ninth-generation version from the iconic Mercurial Vapor silo in mid-2013. This eye-catching model is made with a ultra-thin Teijin leather grain upper and Speed Control texture which has been crafted to be lightweight and provide optimal friction between ball and foot. ACC (All Conditions Control) technology coating has always been used throughout the upper, allowing for consistent levels of performance regardless of weather conditions during use. A lightweight sockliner moulds to the natural shape of the foot, while additional padding on both insoles reduce generated stud pressure. The outsole supports a Tepex glass-fibre chassis to reduce weight, improve strength and offer high energy transfer when pushing off the mark. A 13 stud configuration makes up the soleplate, mixed with moulded and alloy studs to provide reliable traction on soft ground surfaces. This model comes in a striking Volt, Black and Citrus colourway which featured heavily at the 2013 Confederations Cup in Brazil.
