Notes - Official adult/player size Chelsea nameset as used in the UEFA Champions League compeitions during the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons on their goalkeeper shirts. The Blues would make it all the way to the semi-finals in the 2013-14 campaign before being knocked out of the compeitition by Atletico Madrid. The following year the blues had a disappointing run in the competition and were knocked out in the last 16 by PSG due to a 3-3 aggregate in favour of the French side due to the away goal rule.
