We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

Notes

The 2013-14 campaign was a tumultuous and transitional season for Valencia, as Los Che endured a chaotic domestic spell that resulted in a disappointing 8th-place finish in La Liga and a failure to qualify for Europe. The year was defined by the mid-season dismissal of Miroslav Đukić and the subsequent arrival of Juan Antonio Pizzi, who galvanized the squad into a thrilling run to the UEFA Europa League Semi-finals before an agonizing loss to eventual champions Sevilla. Brazilian forward Jonas led the league scoring with 10 goals, but the season's fighting spirit was best captured by memorable results like the surprise 3-2 victory over Barcelona at the Camp Nou, marking a defining but ultimately frustrating chapter before the club was sold to new owner Peter Lim.
