EU customers, here’s what you need to know about customs charges…

• There aren’t any!

 

• - We don’t even add VAT at checkout—it’s already included in the prices you see in listings.
• - The only additional charge is for carts over €150—a 12% duty, which we pay on your behalf to customs to keep things simple.
• - So, what you pay at checkout is final. No surprises.
• - If you're ever asked to pay more, just let us know, and we’ll reimburse you.

The same applies for customers in Norway, however the duty charge will be levied on purchases of any value.

• - Customers in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovenia choosing Standard Delivery may be asked to pay a temporary customs charge before delivery.
• - This is currently expected to be €3 per product type, but the total charge may be higher if your order contains different types of items. This charge is collected locally by the postal service or customs authority and cannot be reimbursed by us at this time.
• - We are working on a smoother solution as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
