We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

The 2013-14 campaign delivered one of Parma's best seasons in recent memory as Il Crociati, guided by Roberto Donadoni, surged to a spectacular 6th-place finish in Serie A. Spearheading the attack was the enigmatic Antonio Cassano, whose 12 crucial league goals powered a side that achieved a third consecutive top ten finish. This result, built on consistency and featuring club captain Alessandro Lucarelli, initially secured a coveted return to European football, though this great sporting achievement was tragically stripped away due to the club's severe and foreshadowing financial crisis.
