No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2013-14 campaign delivered a season of immense turmoil and deep disappointment for Manchester United as The Red Devils slumped to a 7th-place finish in the Premier League, their worst of the era. This historic failure to qualify for European competition came amidst the intense pressure of being the first season after Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement, which saw manager David Moyes sacked in April and club legend Ryan Giggs take over as interim. Leading the charge for goals was the talismanic Wayne Rooney, whose 17 league goals, supported by Robin van Persie's efforts, proved one of the few consistent bright spots in a campaign defined by turbulent change and the dawn of a challenging new era.
