Notes - Umbro Geometra Pro boots to former QPR defender Nedum Onuoha during the 2012/13 season. Onouha began his first full season in the capital following his move from Manchester City and reunion with former boss Mark Hughes but did not feature heavily in the early stages of the campaign due to personal reasons. The Hoops struggled to kickstart their season and Hughes was sacked in November, eventually being replaced by Harry Redknapp after a 12 game winless run. The centre-back returned to the team in mid-December with an immediate impact, helping the side to a 2-1 win over local rivals Fulham and their first league win of the season. His positive impact continued as QPR picked up four impressive clean sheets in January against Chelsea, Tottenham, West Brom and former employers Man City. The turn in form did not last and the R's were eventually relegated following a goalless draw with Reading at the end of April 2013, ending their two-year stay in the top flight.
