Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Adebayor for his second home debut against West Brom after joining permanently from Manchester City for £5m. West Brom scored a last minute equaliser with the game finishing 1-1 after Assou Ekotto's opener. This shirt is all the more obscure as Adebayor only wore the #25 shirt for one game before the sale of Rafael Van Der Vaart on deadline day meant the Togo striker reverted to wearing the #10. In this campaign the season the side fell just short of a Champions League place despite claiming a club record Premier League points haul. Adebayor scored 8 goals in all competitions during this season.
