Notes - Released in 2011, this eleventh incarnation of the Adidas Predator is still regarded by many as the last 'true' Predator possessing the fundamentals that made the range so popular over the years. Following the Predator X, Adidas continued to make the boot without a tongue but still use 'K' leather on the upper and rubber 'fins' on the instep for optimal friciton between the foot and ball. The chassis has been made with 'Sprintframe' from the F50 silo for a better fitting boot to enhance speed, while the rear doubles up as an external heel counter for extra protection against impact. The outsole supports revolutionary Powerspine technology to assist with weight shift and generate more power when striking the ball. An 11 stud XTRX configuration makes up the soleplate with a mix of metal and plastic studs to provide high levels of traction on soft ground surfaces. At 235g, this was the lightest edition of the Predator to date and used by the likes 2008 Ballon d'Or winner Kaká during the 2011/12 season. This classic black, red and white colourway has featured on every release since the debut of the silo in 1994.
