We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

Notes

The 2011-12 campaign was a tumultuous season of survival for Palermo as the Rosanero ultimately limped to a disappointing 16th-place finish in Serie A, their worst league position in eight seasons. The year was defined by early instability, managerial changes, and the emotionally painful sales of fan favourites Salvatore Sirigu and Javier Pastore. Yet, the club was anchored by the enduring brilliance of captain Fabrizio Miccoli, whose crucial 16 league goals, including a heroic hat-trick in a thrilling 4-4 draw against Inter at the San Siro, cemented his legacy as Palermo's all-time top goalscorer. Despite an early elimination from the Europa League against Thun, Miccoli's individual heroics and a final run of grit were just enough to secure their top-flight status on the 36th matchday, making it a frustrating but unforgettable chapter defined by the legend of the 'pocket bomber'.
