We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

The 2011-12 campaign delivered a spectacular return to the elite for Norwich City as The Canaries firmly re-established themselves in the Premier League, finishing a comfortable 12th place in their first season back after six years. Under the gung-ho guidance of Paul Lambert, the unfashionable side secured their status with an exciting, attacking style, scoring more goals than any team outside the top six. Leading the charge was the beloved Captain Grant Holt, whose 15 league goals, a tally that earned him a third consecutive Player of the Year award, proved decisive in a campaign built on resilience and memorable upsets, including a famous 2-1 victory over Tottenham at White Hart Lane. It was a thrilling year that marked a triumphant return to the top flight and remains a defining chapter in the club's modern history.
