No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

Home shirt as worn when City sealed their first league title win in 44 years in the most dramatic of circumstances, with City needing a 93rd minute winner to seal the title on goal difference from under the noses of bitter rivals Manchester United. City looked to be slumping to a shock 2-1 loss to relegation-threatened QPR when Edin Džeko tucked away an extra-time header to even things up at the Etihad. Three minutes later, Sergio Agüero proved to be the coolest man in the Etihad as he jinked past a sliding defender to blast past keeper Paddy Kenny and send the blue half of Manchester into raptures. Agüero wheeling away waving his shirt above his head, Martin Tyler delivering the iconic commentary, and the usually-composed Roberto Mancini racing onto the pitch in ecstacy combined to make one of the all-time great Premier League moments
