No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2011-12 campaign was a season of soaring ambition and near-miss for Cheltenham Town as The Robins secured a crucial 6th-place finish in League Two, which qualified them for the play-offs. The attack was spearheaded by the joint top league scorers, Darryl Duffy and Kaid Mohamed, who netted 11 goals apiece. Under manager Mark Yates, the season was defined by a dramatic run to the League Two Play-off Final at Wembley after defeating local rivals Torquay United. Promotion heartbreak followed in the final, however, with a 0-2 loss to Crewe Alexandra, yet this campaign remains a fondly remembered chapter of a determined charge for the third tier.
