Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Bednar in the friendly match against Latvia played on August 8th 2010. After a dull first half the second half produced a goal fest with Bednar opening the scoring in the 49th minute. The game eventually finished 4-1 to the Czech's with Bednar being subsituted in the 61st minute
