No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The Washington Capitals enjoyed a dominant 2010-11 regular season, finishing first in the Eastern Conference and capturing the Southeast Division title with an impressive 48-23-11 record for 107 points. Led by captain Alex Ovechkin, who paced the team with 85 points, and supported by standout performances from Nicklas Backstrom and Alexander Semin, the Capitals showcased a balanced attack and the league's fourth-best defense. Their regular-season success included a memorable victory in the 2011 NHL Winter Classic against the Pittsburgh Penguins and a strong 11-game winning streak in March. In the postseason, the Capitals displayed their resilience by defeating the New York Rangers in five games during the Conference Quarter-finals before their successful campaign eventually came to an end in the semifinals. Widely regarded as the greatest goal scorer in hockey history, Alex Ovechkin is a three-time MVP and 2018 Stanley Cup champion who became the NHL's all-time leading goal scorer during his legendary 21-season career with the Washington Capitals.
