We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT is already included in the price you see, so we don’t add it at checkout. We also collect import duty at checkout, so there’s nothing to pay when your order arrives: 13% on carts over €150, and a flat €5 on carts under €150. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we’ll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

Notes

The 2010-11 campaign delivered a devastating end to an era for Preston North End as The Lilywhites finished a crushing 22nd in the Championship, resulting in relegation to League One after an eleven-year stay in the second tier. The season was defined by early turmoil under Darren Ferguson, whose sacking prompted his father, Sir Alex Ferguson, to controversially recall key loan players, a pivotal moment considered the "final nail in the coffin" for the club's survival hopes. Despite this drama, the arrival of manager Phil Brown and the inspired form of Canadian striker Iain Hume, whose 12 league goals anchored the attack and earned him the Player of the Season award, provided moments of fighting spirit, including an unforgettable 6-4 victory over rivals Leeds United at Elland Road. It remains a painful but defining chapter of their modern history.
