We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.
VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.
One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

The 2010-11 campaign saw Crewe Alexandra secure a respectable 10th-place finish in League Two. Under the legendary guidance of Dario Gradi, The Railwaymen thrilled the fans with a spectacular attacking season, scoring a massive 87 league goals. Spearheading this potent attack was the prolific striker Clayton Donaldson, whose career-best 28 goals proved decisive in a campaign built on attacking flair and goal-heavy dramas, including a 7-0 demolition of Barnet and an 8-1 victory over Cheltenham. It was a pivotal year that cemented the club's reputation for developing youth, with teenagers like Nick Powell and Ashley Westwood emerging as key first-team players.
