No surprises once your order's on its way.

We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.

VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.

One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.

VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes

The 2010-11 campaign delivered a heartbreaking and turbulent relegation for Bristol Rovers as The Pirates finished a crushing 22nd in League One. Despite a challenging season, the lone bright spot was the goalscoring form of Will Hoskins, whose 17 crucial goals were ultimately not enough to secure the club's League One status. It was a dark year that ended a decade-long stay in the third tier and remains a defining chapter in the club's tumultuous history.
