Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by a #12 during the 2009 season. FC Tokyo finished an impressive 5th in the league, just missing out on qualification to the AFC Champions League. Club legend Naohiro Ishikawa top-scored for the side with 15 goals.
