Delivery
No surprises once your order's on its way.
We sort out VAT and import duty up front wherever we're able to, so you're not caught out later. Here's exactly how that works for where you're shipping.
VAT's already included in the price you see, so we don't add it at checkout. On carts over €150, we also collect a 12% duty fee at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives. If a courier or customs ever asks you to pay again, let us know and we'll refund it.
One exception: if you're in Poland, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania or Slovenia and choose Standard Delivery, your local postal service may still collect a small charge of their own (around €3 per product type) before handing over your parcel. That one's collected locally, so we can't refund it. Choosing Express avoids it.
VAT's already included in the price you see. We also charge Norway's 11% import duty at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.

Notes
The 2009-10 season marked the electrifying arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo at the Santiago Bernabéu, where he was unveiled as the world's most expensive player before a record-breaking crowd. Wearing the iconic number nine shirt, the Portuguese sensation made an immediate impact, finishing his debut campaign as the club's top scorer with 33 goals in just 35 appearances across all competitions. This era is fondly remembered for his clinical brilliance and trademark power, highlighted by his debut strike against Deportivo and a spectacular long-range free-kick against Villarreal that signaled the start of his legendary journey in the famous white shirt.
